Previously, Ashley worked with a First Nations economic development corporation in areas of; Management of retail businesses, Vegetation, Gold and Uranium industries.
She graduated from U of S/U of R- Business Administration and continued her education at Cape Breton University, specializing in Community Economic Development, obtaining a Management in Business Administration (MBA).
