The SAGE program works with people who have intellectual disabilities who have retired but still want to keep active and socialize. The SAGE program offers a variety of activities including games, puzzles, crafts, exercise equipment, coffee room and relaxation area. Program participants also take part in a number of outdoor activities such as fishing and geocaching.
Shawn Elder, executive director with KIN Enterprises, says the new location has been a good move for the program's participants and a good fit for the local neighbourhood.
