Chamber Committees Working for You
The Prince Albert & District Chamber of Commerce activities are often carried out through the various committees. Participation in committees requires membership in the Prince Albert & District Chamber of Commerce.

Budget & Finance Committee
The Prince Albert & District Chamber of Commerce Budget & Finance Committee is responsible for supervising the financial affairs of the Chamber and recommend annual operating budgets changes for approval by the Board. The committee meets on a quarterly basis.
(Ad Hoc) Government Affairs Committee
The Local Government Committee monitors both the Municipal and Provincial legislations that directly affect the business community. Various aspects of the economic and political environments are studied and recommendations are made directly to city and provincial government. Current emphasis is placed on increasing Prince Albert & Saskatchewan's competitiveness dealing specifically in the area of tax reduction and legislative reform affecting investment. This committee meets on a monthly basis.
(Ad Hoc) Investment & Growth Committee
The Investment and Growth Committee assists in creating a business environment that is conducive to sustainable economic development for Prince Albert. The goal is to generate capital investment and quality job growth in Prince Albert and to strengthen and diversify the local economy. This committee meets on a monthly basis.
Membership & Marketing Committee
The mandate of the Membership Development Committee is to actively pursue new memberships through the provision of value to members. Information on the membership opportunities through education, committee membership, and advocacy are provided to members. The Committee is active in the retention of existing members and provides a positive and friendly face for all members. This committee meets on a monthly basis.
